Spencer was very professional in the purchase of our Hot Tub. We agreed a price but as he got more for it than expected he offered up an improved price. That don’t happen very often these days! Organised collection by Ben who was very helpful and removed a side gate which was needed to get the Hot Tub through. Overall, from my experience I would highly recommend Spencer and team.

From start to finish this was an amazing experience. Spencer found me an amazing hot tub and very fairly priced. It only took 3 days from start to finish, he even went to Scotland to collect it and delivered it to us on the same day, he totally went above and beyond. Nothing was to much trouble and they delivered bank holiday weekend not to let me down. They lifted it in and installed it without any bother.
