Found these guys by chance on Facebook marketplace, they couldn’t have been more helpful! Talked me through everything gave me the best price you could ever pay for a hot tub and fitted it , gave us all the chemicals we will need for more than a year and talked us through the whole process. They said they would come and service it/ carry out any maintenance it needs when required. Even fitted a brand new pump! Great couple of guys! 5⭐️s

Great team and company! They bought my in-laws’ hot tub and they helped us get it out of a shed at the top of the garden — which ended up meaning part of the shed and gate had to be taken apart just to get it out! We honestly can’t recommend them enough. They went above and beyond, especially as we hadn’t realised how difficult the job would be. Thank you so much once again!

We sold out lovely hot tub and these guys were very efficient and friendly when they came to to collect it, they even gave up there Sunday and missed out on a hugely popular music festival in Portsmouth Thank you ☺️

Great value, know their stuff and moved a hot tub for me with minimum fuss, and serviced it too. I’d recommend these guys for both servicing and moving tubs and will be getting them back for the former for mine and the latter if I ever need to move it out.

Mega Spa purchased our Hot Springs hydro therapy pool. Spencer and the team did an excellent job of moving it out of a tight spot. Very efficient service , would highly recommend them

Excellent service throughout. Communication was straightforward and Spencer was very easy to deal with. Arrived to collect the hot tub on time and money was transferred into my account immediately. No dramas removing the tub and all completed quickly and efficiently with no damage caused. I would highly recommend Spencer, he was a pleasure to deal with.

The lads did a brilliant job. Got here exactly when they said they would and worked out the problem and fixed it with no messing. Really happy with the hot tub we purchased from Megaspa. It’s in pretty much perfect condition and Spencer and his team delivered it quickly and professionally. He sent photos and videos before buying so we could see exactly what we were getting. 5 stars, excellent from start to finish!

These guys are absolutely amazing, I was having a real drama with my tub, was on the verge of selling it. The guys I had paid to relocate it dumped it on my driveway and told me it couldn't be done.. still took all the money though... I contacted mega spa as a last resort, explained my situation and what had happened, they couldn't do enough for me, they arrived when they said they would. Incredibly professional and they had my tub in situ within 20 mins, and didn't charge me even half what the others did? The other moron told me I would have to get a crane that was gonna cost £1300! Mega spa have also given me a contact for the cabling and they have offered to come and set it all up for me when I'm ready. These guys have my complete loyalty, they will be sorting my tub for as long as I have it. I have already recommended them to my neighbours! If you use any one else your mad!!! Fantastic service.
