MegaSpa offered a competitive price for my hottub and agreed a collection date just a few days later. Distance was no object - they came all the way to Central Scotland from Portsmouth to collect the tub. Got here by lunchtime so must have left about 4 in the morning. Took Control of getting the tub uninstalled and loaded on to their truck quickly and efficiently. Whole process was done and dusted in half an hour. Very friendly. Easy transaction. A great help to me. Thoroughly recommend.

Found these guys by chance on Facebook marketplace, they couldn’t have been more helpful! Talked me through everything gave me the best price you could ever pay for a hot tub and fitted it , gave us all the chemicals we will need for more than a year and talked us through the whole process. They said they would come and service it/ carry out any maintenance it needs when required. Even fitted a brand new pump! Great couple of guys! 5⭐️s

These guys are absolutely amazing, I was having a real drama with my tub, was on the verge of selling it. The guys I had paid to relocate it dumped it on my driveway and told me it couldn't be done.. still took all the money though... I contacted mega spa as a last resort, explained my situation and what had happened, they couldn't do enough for me, they arrived when they said they would. Incredibly professional and they had my tub in situ within 20 mins, and didn't charge me even half what the others did? The other moron told me I would have to get a crane that was gonna cost £1300! Mega spa have also given me a contact for the cabling and they have offered to come and set it all up for me when I'm ready. These guys have my complete loyalty, they will be sorting my tub for as long as I have it. I have already recommended them to my neighbours! If you use any one else your mad!!! Fantastic service.

Would highly recommend Megaspa. Fair price offered for our 8 year old Hotspring Hot tub and 48 hrs later all collected. Spencer and team arrived when promised and made quick work of removing the tub from a tight spot. Money transferred and off they went. Seamless sale and if you need to sell a tub, I'd recommend contacting these guys.

Spencer and Ben are very nice and genuine people. Very easy to deal with and efficient service. They turned up on time removal of my hot tub was done quickly despite the rain and money transfer and admin all quick and easy. Don't hesitate they are genuine! I would recommend.

Great team and company! They bought my in-laws’ hot tub and they helped us get it out of a shed at the top of the garden — which ended up meaning part of the shed and gate had to be taken apart just to get it out! We honestly can’t recommend them enough. They went above and beyond, especially as we hadn’t realised how difficult the job would be. Thank you so much once again!

Spencer was very professional in the purchase of our Hot Tub. We agreed a price but as he got more for it than expected he offered up an improved price. That don’t happen very often these days! Organised collection by Ben who was very helpful and removed a side gate which was needed to get the Hot Tub through. Overall, from my experience I would highly recommend Spencer and team.
