  Our hot tub was delivered as promised. Great set of lads, set up the tub and explained how it all worked. Didn't have a cover lifting arm with it due to the supplier not having any but this was sent out by courier very quickly so problem resolved, they even talked me through fitting the cover arm over the phone! We have had the hot tub a couple of weeks now and thoroughly enjoying it. Good price for a good hot tub, would recommend .
